AbstractBifenthrin is a common pyrethroid pesticide,mainly used for the control ofdiseases and pests in fruit trees and crops,fruit trees,can also be used as a familycontrol of harmful insects such as termites,mites.The experiment is Sebastiscusmarmoratus expose to environment with different concentration of bifenthrin (1,10,100 ngL)50 days detect changes of peroxide of the testis.Data display:Sebastiscusmarmoratus spleen of catalase (CAT),superoxide dismutase (SOD)andmalondialdehyde (MDA)and other related indicators corresponding changes,andthese changes and the BF showed a clear dose-response relationship.Among them,thecatalase activity decreased is not significant in all concentration group (p<0.05).Superoxide dismutase activity in low concentration of 1 ngL group was notsignificantly decreased (p-0.05),medium concentration of 10ng/L group and highconcentration of 100 ngL group decreased significantly (p<0.05).There was nosignificant increase in the content of MDA in the low concentration of 1 ngL group(P-0.05).and the concentration of 10 ngLgroup and high concentration of 100ngL group was significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:the water exposure ofBF Sebastiscus marmoratus lipid peroxidation of spleen,it was BF exposureantioxidant system function of the testis injury.key words:Bifenthrin;Sebastiscus marmoratus;Lipid peroxidation;Antioxidantdefense system
