北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of processing production line with an annual output of 30,000tons of dried meat productsABSTRACTDried meat products have the characteristics of high nutrient content,low water content,small size,easy to carry and can be eaten directly.Yak is a unique breed that grows in plateauareas such as Qinghai and Tibet and its neighboring areas.It lives in high altitude areas allyear round.The extremely harsh and unique environment such as lack of oxygen and highcold makes yak have better quality and flavor than ordinary breeds of beef.This design is todesign a processing production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons of dried tomato yakbeef products.It uses the yak that is abundant in Qinghai-Tibet region as raw material to maketomato-flavored dried yak beef.This design mainly includes the introduction of dried meat,the introduction of yak,the role of tomato,the design of the production process of driedtomato yak,the flow of people in the workshop,the flow of materials and the selection ofequipment (including cooking pot,meat cutter,smoke oven,vacuum Packaging machine,sterilization pot),labor capacity.Economic accounting,environmental protection andwastewater treatment.Draw the flow chart of beef jerky production process and the layout ofthe whole plant.Key words:Dried meat:yak:craft:designing4
