茶树菇废料对滑菇漆酶活性变化规律的影响

AbstractThe waste of edible mushroom production still contains a variety ofnutrients and a large number of organic substances.In order to explore theinfluence of shiitake mushroom on the laccase activity of shiitake mushroom indifferent proportion of waste of chashugu mushroom in liquid culture medium,theinfluence of the proportion of waste of chashugu mushroom culture medium on thelaccase activity of shiitake mushroom was studied by using ABTS(2,2-diazo-3-ethyl-benzothiazole-6-sulfonic acid).The carbon source were set as0%,20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%of the total value respectively.By singlefactor experiment,the laccase activity of shiitake mycelium was determined underthe condition of different waste ratio of the same medium.The effect of wasteproportion on laccase activity of shiitake mushroom was studied by single variableexperiment,which can provide reference for the future study of waste utilization.Keywords:Shiitake;culture medium;micro alkalization;ABTS method;laccase
