饲料中添加复方中草药对大黄鱼过氧化氢酶基因表达的影响

AbstractCatalase (CAT)is a very important antioxidant defense enzyme in vivo.In thispaper,the large yellow croaker as the research object,through adding differentproportion of Chinese herbal compound (Radix Pseudostellariae,Morinda officinalis,angelica,wolfberry,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,etc.)to the basic feed,toexplore the effect of adding compound Chinese herbal medicine to the feed on theexpression of catalase gene of large yellow croaker.After 30 days of feeding,thespleen of Pseudosciaena crocea was used as experimental material to analyze therelative expression of catalase gene in each experimental group by real-timefluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that:compared with the controlgroup,the expression of the gene decreased in different degrees in each experimentalgroup,the expression of E4 group decreased most (61%),followed by El group(60%),but there was no significant difference between the groups (P >0.05).Theresults of this study provide basic data for the application of Chinese herbal medicineas bait additive in the feed of large yellow croaker,and also provide the preliminaryresearch basis for Chinese herbal medicine as fish immune enhancer.Key words:Pseudosciaena crocea;compound Chinese herbal medicine;catalase
