AbstractBifenthrin is the pyrethroid pesticides in agriculture,crops,fruit trees are widelyused as pesticides.Under the experimental conditions,the health ofsebastiscusmarmoratus exposed to Bifenthrin in solution of 1,10,100ng.L 50d.Detection of the of Sebastiscus marmoratus testis the main lipid over oxidationindicators of catalase (CAT),superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA).The results show that:after exposure of bocaccio brown to bifenthrin,theactivity of CAT and SOD in ovary decreased,and the CAT activity in each drugconcentration group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p <0.05).The change trend of SOD activity was similar to that of CAT,but the decrease was notsignificant in the low concentration group (p >0.05),and was significantly lower inthe medium and high concentration groups than in the control group (p <0.05).Thechange of MDA content showed an increasing trend,and the increase was notsignificant in the low-concentration group (p >0.05),and was significantly higher inthe medium-high concentration group than in the control group (p<0.05).The resultsshowed that bifenthrin was highly toxic to bocaccio brown and caused lipidperoxidation of bocaccio brown ovary.Key words:bifenthrin;lipid peroxidation;Sebastiscus marmoratus;antioxidantsystem
