AbstractGanoderma lucidum is a kind of precious tonic Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese medicine it has very good health care function and medicinal liquidsubmerged fermentation technology of high have greater development and utilizationprospect of ganoderma lucidum is a kind of production method of this experimentusing liquid submerged fermentation technology,compared with the traditionalsemisynthetic medium,then observe the changes of ganoderma lucidum hyphagrowth and polysaccharide content,design a kind of natural edible raw materialsaccording to the proportion of the liquid culture medium.The results showed that:theproportion of liquid natural medium was sucrose 40gL,soybean powder 26g/L,calcium and magnesium tablets 1.60g/L,potassium chloride 0.50g/L,the growth ofganoderma lucidum mycelium was vigorous,the biomass of ganoderma lucidum was16.0g /L,and the content of extracellular polysaccharide was 1.91g /LKey words Ganoderma lucidum;Liquid fermentation;Liquid naturalmedium;polysaccharide
