北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Synthesis process design of photosensitive resin for 3D printingwith an annual output of 5000 tonsAbstractThis design is for the synthesis process design of photosensitive resin for 3D printingwith an annual output of 5,000 tons.Through consulting materials,the process route of bulkpolymerization is adopted to prepare epoxy acrylate prepolymer,and the process route ofmixing and stirring is adopted to prepare photosensitive resin.Ensure the material selection,production equipment,polymerization process and separation method;calculate the quantityof material and heat of production;Carry out equipment selection calculation and properequipment would be put on production.Then I would receive datas and draw the process flowdiagram,material flow diagram,factory building layout and profile of the polymerizer.After analyzing the actual situation,I would produce dimmer acid by bulkpolymerization and modified epoxy resin by solution polymerization.According to theindustrial optimum ratio,acrylic acid:E-44 epoxy resin is 2.1:1,triethylamine accounted for0.7%of the reactants,hydroquinone accounted for 0.02%of the reactants.And the best ratioof HDDA:BP:silicon dioxide:prepolymer is 30:4:1:65.According to my calculation,theinventory of acrylic acid is 613.01kg/B,the inventory of E-44 epoxy resin is 1933.37kg/B,triethylamine's inventory is 17.82kg/B,hydroquinone's inventory is 0.51 kg/B,HDDA'sinventory is 1183.71kg/B,the inventory of BP is 157.83kg/B,the inventory of silicon dioxideis 11.59kg/Bmeitian.All the materials would be fed four times a day.The factory would workfor 320days per year,12 hours per day.By calculate the inventory of each material,I ensurethe best model of equipment:FRP vertical storage tank (HG5-1579-85),FRP metering tank(HG5-1579-85),FRP intermediate tank(HG5-1579-85),centrifugal pump (ISW80-160),stainless steel reactor,turbine agitator.Through the cost accounting of raw materials,water,electricity and equipment,the annual production cost is 478.29 million yuan.keywords:3D Printing,epoxy acrylate,photocurable resin
