北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of biodiesel plant with annual output of 10,000 tonsAbstractBiodiesel is a kind of renewable energy which is greener,cleaner and more friendly tothe environment than ordinary diesel.It plays a very important role in solving the problem ofenergy exhaustion in recent years.The biodiesel production designed in this paper is basedon the basic knowledge of chemical industry,the data on the Internet are used for comparison,and the relevant manufacturers are contacted and discussed with the instructor.Finally,therelevant production design of the biodiesel plant with an annual output of 10,000 tons ismade.In this paper,the recycled animal and vegetable oil is used as raw material,and aseries of operations such as pre-treatment waste oil refining,pre-esterification,alcoholesterification and fractionation are adopted.Finally,the performance of biodiesel products istested.In addition this paper design alcoholysis esterification DYD catalyst to improve theproduction efficiency and production operation,and the alcoholysis,esterification,fractionating operation of reaction kettle and tank calculated to select the most suitablenumerical,finally USES the air flotation machine and uv deodorization equipment "threewastes"treatment,finally concludes that 10 reaction kettle for batch production andproduction to meet the production requirements.This design reduces the production cost,improves the production efficiency,and finally obtains the qualified biodiesel product.Keywords:Recycled animal and vegetable oils;DYD catalyst;Alcoholysis esterification
