北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 2000 tons of plucking noodleproduction factory designAbstractPlucking noodle,with wheat flour as the main raw material,adding appropriate amountof edible salt.It needs to be processed by the process of mixing,calendering,curing,packaging,sterilization and so on.In the traditional production of the plucking noodle alwaysappears the bad compound and too many broken surfaces.The design is to use vacuum doughmixing,which can strengthen the binding force of starch and gluten protein,increasing thewater holding capacity of noodles and improving the viscoelasticity and toughness of noodlesThe parper provides a systematic analysis and optimization technological process to upgradenoodle quality and reduce the environmental pollution.The key of this design is to usevacuum dough mixing for the industrial production of plucking noodle.The application resultdemonstrates that this approach could be applied to get production target of 2000 tons ofplucking noodle annually on the basic of marerial accountancy and equipment selection andworkshop design.Keywords:Plucking noodle;Vacuum dough mixing;Production process;Factory design
