北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Ambroxol hydrochloride with annual output of 300 millionProcess design of orally disintegrating tablet workshopabstractAmbroxol hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablets belong to expectorant drugs,whichhave better help and curative effect on patients with acute or chronic respiratory system diseases,which are difficult to discharge sputum or have poor sputum secretion function.Based on thepremise of ensuring the quality of ambroxol hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablets,theprocess design of the workshop selects the Jiaowei agent through consulting the literature,designs a more optimized prescription,and adopts the wet granulation in the production process,which solves the problems of poor fluidity,low physical strength,fragile,inconvenienttransportation and storage of the direct tablet pressing method,and simplifies the productionprocess.On the basis of material balance,the workshop is designed according to GMP.Finally,the design results are predicted,the drug quality is controlled and the total cost of drugproduction is estimated,and an objective profit estimate is obtained.Keywords:ambroxol hydrochloride;orally disintegrating tablets;PrescriptionOptimization;equipment selection.
