北京理工大学珠海学院220届本科生毕业论文设计Process design of hard chromium plating on 2000 setsof space aluminum mould per yearAbstractThe main purpose of this design is to design the hard chromium plating process for thespace aluminum mold.This design adopts trivalent chromium process for electroplating.Understand the reaction mechanism of trivalent chromium plating process,the properties andcharacteristics of hard chromium plating and the plating formula.This design mainlyintroduces the process of electroplating on the space aluminum alloy mold,including thepretreatment of the space aluminum alloy mold workpieces,one-time zinc dipping,zincstripping,two-time zinc dipping,electroplating semi bright nickel,electroplating full brightnickel,electroplating hard chromium,determining the process parameters and processconditions,carrying out material and capacity calculation,calculating the time of each process,and solving the treatment of chromium containing wastewater in the electroplating solution,As well as the treatment of waste gas and slag produced in the electroplating process,thelayout plan of the electroplating workshop is designed.Key words:space aluminum mold;electroplating;process design
