北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The production process design of an annual output of 10,000pairs of PETG invisible appliancesAbstractThis design is the production process design of an annual output of 10,000 pairsof PETG invisible appliances.Protrusion,misalignment,or malocclusion often requireorthodontic treatment.The invisible orthodontic appliance is a new medical devicesuitable for oral orthodontics.It replaces the original metal materials with transparentthermoplastics to provide the correction force to achieve the purpose of correction,while also improving the aesthetics.This design is based on the production processobtained from the literature,so as to select the physical blending method to modify thePETG as needed to produce orthodontic diaphragms,and then produce the finishedproduct by vacuum molding.This design calculates the birth output,powerconsumption,water consumption and costs by accounting for materials,energy andcosts.Through the equipment selection,the equipment of each production section isfinalized.At the same time,on the premise of ensuring compliance with therequirements of GMP standards,a reasonable layout of workshop equipment includingfresh air devices and equipment is designed.Keywords:PETG Modification OrthodonticⅡ
