北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production Process Design of Polyvinyl Butyral Modified Phenolic ResinAdhesive with an Annual Output of 10,000 TonsAbstractThis design is mainly to design a factory with an annual output of 10,000 tons of polyvinylbutyral modified phenolic resin glue,the purpose is to make up for the gap in the market.Phenolic resin glue has excellent performance and is one of the earliest industrialized types ofrubber.At present,the application rate of phenolic resin glue in foreign countries is higher thanthat of China.Therefore,one of the purposes of the design is to expand the market share ofphenolic resin glue in China.This design production process and modification principle,first synthesize thermosettingphenolic resin,and then graft-modify it by PVB to make new products.Determine thereasonable feeding ratio through the design of the basic formula,so that the performance of theproduct is more perfect and excellent;according to the theory of material balance,3 batches perday can be put into operation for 320 days per year to meet the production requirements of themission statement;The amount of heat transfer medium,the flow rate and the heat transfer areaof the equipment are provided in the production process,which provides a basis for equipmentdesign and cost accounting;according to the equipment selection,selecting the appropriateequipment not only saves costs but also guarantees the stability of production And safety;according to the plane layout of the workshop and workshop,the layout of the factory is morereasonable,and production and safety are grasped;the reasonable arrangement of the threewastes treatment reduces the pollution to the environment.Finally,through the collected data for the various design arrangements described above,the factory designed by this process can be produced stably and safely.The cost of the productis 10964.48 yuan/ton,and the selling price is set at 22,000 yuan/ton.Keywords:Phenolic Resin;Polyvinyl butyral;Modified adhesive;technological design
