北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of an annual output of 50,000 tons of tough biscuitproduction lineAbstractOver the years,person's living standards have improved,the demand for health isincreasing,so most consumers prefer functional baked goods.This design is based on the Chinese people's eating habits and the traditional process oftough cookies,in the raw materials to reduce the amount of sugar,and add superfine green teapowder and xylitol,produce a functional green tea low-sugar tough cookies.Through material balance calculation,the production equipment selection of green tealow-sugar toughness biscuits was rationalized to arrange the production equipment sequence,personnel flow and material flow.The design finally priced the product by estimating the cost.Starting from reality,the design of this production line saves costs and obtains considerableeconomic benefits.Keywords:Tough biscuits;green tea;low sugar,production design目录
