北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 10 thousand of Green tea and grape seeds compound jellyproduction factory designAbstractGreen tea and grape seeds compound jelly is a kind of antioxidant functional compound jelly,which is added tea polyphenols extracted from green tea and oligomeric proanthocyanins extracted fromgrape seed and was prepared by mixing,boiling,sterilization,filling and other processes,on the basis oftraditional jelly.In the production process of jelly,there will be problems such as water analysis,bubbles and low gel strength.The advantage of this product is that it is made of compound glue withmulti-component glue combination as raw material,so that the water analysis of jelly is greatly reduced,and the gel,elasticity,toughness,brittleness,uniformity and transparency are the best.Through thedesign of a reasonable process flow and layout of the workshop,to achieve the target of 10,000 tons ofjelly per year.According to the consummated production process and objective output,carry outmaterial accounting,equipment selection and cost estimation to save energy and reduce pollution to themaximum extent.In addition,according to the content of the design process flow chart design,factoryfloor plan and AutoCAD drawing.The design process in line with the process requirements and relevantnational standards,as far as possible to meet the needs of consumers,as far as possible to follow theprinciple of conservation and environmental protection.Keywords:jelly;tea polyphenols;oligomeric proanthocyanins;konjac flour;Factory design
