联苯菊酯对褐菖鮋脑组织抗氧化防御系统的影响

AbstractBifenthrin(BF)is a pesticide of pyrethroid,and it is mainly used for prevent andcontrol of diseases and pests of crops and fruiter,and can be used to prevent harmful insectlike termites and mites in our daily life.We did the experiment to test the influence of BF tothe index of antioxidant system in the brain tissue of Sebastiscus marmoratus.TheSebastiscus marmoratus is exposed to different relative concentration(1,10,100 ngL)todo water experiment for 7 days,15 days,30 days and 50 days.The result shows that in 7days or 15 days,the GSH,GST and MDA presented stress reaction phenomenon in lowconcentration of 100 ngL white it appeared poisoning symptom when Sebastiscusmarmoratus is exposed to water for 30 days and 50 days.However,the mediumconcentration of 10 ngL!group and high concentration of 100 ngL!group presentedstress reaction phenomenon merely in 7 days'test,and other groups all appeared poisoningsymptom.The result of this experiment shows that if BF were exposed to water inlong-term,the function of defense system of antioxidant system in the brain tissue ofSebastiscus marmoratus would be damaged.key words:Sebastiscusmarmoratus;Bifenthrin;Antioxidant defense system
