AbstractThis design is the factory design of Maotai flavor liquor with theoutput of 4000 tons /year.The design completely refers to thetraditional and mature processing technology of Maotai flavor liquor.Raw materials shall be pure natural raw materials without chemicaladdition or pesticide spraying.In addition to the use of brewingtechnology and raw materials,the site selection of brewing area is alsovery important.The plant site is located in Chuandong Town,BijiangDistrict,Tongren.The area is rich in underground mineral waterresources,with excellent water quality,pollution-free and clear climate.Special geographical location is very useful for the habitat andreproduction of microbial brewing sauce.Keywords:sauce flavor;plant design convention
