AbstractIn order to explore the influence of the waste materials left by the cultivationof Agrocybe chaxingu on the cell activity of pholiota nameko in differentproportion of solid medium and liquid medium,the method of MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide)was used toexplore the influence of waste materials ratio on the mycelial activity ofpholiota nameko.The carbon and nitrogen sources in the original formula arereplaced by different proportions of waste.The proportion of solid medium andliquid medium was 0%,20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%,respectively.Thesingle factor experiment method was used to determine the effect of differentwaste materials on the mycelial activity of shiitake.The results showed thatwhen the waste materials accounted for 20%of the formula,the mycelialbiomass could reach a higher level,which could help to improve the yield ofpholiota nameko.At the same time,the research realized the green recycling ofthe culture waste,and reduced the environmental pollution and other hazardscaused by the waste disposal.Key words:culture medium;MTT;waste material;pholiota nameko hyphae
