AbstractThis experiment includes:using ultrasonic equipment to degrease tea dregs,butanol extract,controlling the solubility and temperature of butanol solution,etc.During extraction,the percentage of ultrasonic power,extraction time and theproportion of solid solution.At last,orthogonal experiment and single factorexperiment were used to study the best conditions of tea saponin extraction.With theaid of vanillin concentrated sulfuric acid theory,the measured absorption is 550nmextraction,and the extraction rate is calculated.The results show that the ratio of solidto liquid is 1:7 (G:ml),ultrasonic extraction for 75min,in this case,the ratio of solid toliquid is 1:7 at extraction temperature of 70 C with 90%ultrasonic power Theextraction rate of tea saponin was 12.63%.Keywords:ultrasonic extraction;Camellia oleifera cake;tea saponin;n-butanol;vanillin-concentrated sulfuric acid colorimetry、
