长裙竹荪菌盖和菌根气味成分的提取及分析

AbstractDictyophora In this paper,the odor components of mycorrhiza and cap ofDictyophora longissima were extracted and analyzed.Ether,n-hexane anddichloromethane were used to extract the odor components by Soxhlet extraction,andGC-MS was used to analyze the odor components.The results showed that:(1)74kinds of volatile compounds were extracted from the cap of Dictyophora longissima,including tetradecane,Diisooctyl adipate,phenylethanol and bisphenol ene;(2)83kinds of volatile compounds were extracted from the mycorrhiza of Dictyophoralongissima,including di (2-ethylhexyl)adipate,dodecane and butylatedhydroxytoluene,bis (2-ethylhexyl)ester,etc.Key words:Dictyophora longissima;mycorrhiza and cap;odor components;Soxhletextraction;GC-MS
