北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The annual output of 60,000 tons of lysine fermentation workshopdesignAbstractThe purpose of this design is to design an l-lysine fermentation workshop with an annualoutput of 60,000 tons.L-lysine is an essential amino acid in human body,which is widely usedin food,medicine,feed and other fields.At present,the main ways to produce l-lysine inindustry are synthesis,enzyme and fermentation.By searching relevant literature,select theappropriate production method,determine the optimal production process route,enlarge thecorresponding reaction conditions,makes it suitable for factory production.This design firstselects the microbial fermentation method to produce L-lysine,the production strain selects thegenetically engineered glutamate corynebacterium nutrient deficiency variant strain,thefermentation method produces the main raw material for sugarcane molasses,and USES thebran as the nitrogen source.Then calculate the amount of raw materials for the design,designthe appropriate fermentation tank and seed tank,select other auxiliary equipment,and thenarrange the production workshop,design the corresponding workshop layout.Keywords:L-lysine;Fermentation;Workshop design
