AbstractBifenthrin is a pesticide of pyrethroid,and mainly using for pest control to crops,fruiter,prophylaxis and treatment to harmful insect in home like white ant,acarid and so onThe experiment is brown pompanos scorpionfish expose to environment with differentconcentration of bifenthrin (1,10,100 ng.L)50 days.Detect to the index ofantioxidant system in the spleen of brown pompanos scorpionfish.The result shows that,theGSH,GST,MDA in the spleen of brown pompanos scorpionfish developed withrelevantChange ,and the changing are relate to de concentration bifenthrin,and indicate thatbrown pompanos scorpionfish expose to environment of bifenthrin will make its antioxidantsystem go to damaged.The result of experiment shows that using bifenthrin in long-term willeffect to zoology pressure to aquatic organism like fish and the environment of water.Key words:brown pompanos scorpionfish;bifenthrin;antioxidant defense system;bodyinjury.一2
