本科论文according to the path of "status quo carding-problem disclosure cause analysiscountermeasure establishment".The development of zhonghua talent network investigated in this paper has benefitedfrom the effective management within the company,which leads to low employee motivation,which is mainly reflected in some problems of performance management.In order to studythe factors that affect the performance of China Elite.com,this paper analyzes the existingproblems and makes some suggestions to promote the performance management anddevelopment.This paper USES the questionnaire survey method,through the investigation tofind the problem and analyze the problem and then put forward reasonable Suggestions.Through the analysis of questionnaire survey,this paper found four problems,namely,insufficient understanding of performance management,lack of improvement of performanceassessment standards,lack of effective feedback on performance,and lack of effectiveapplication of performance results.situation and development strategy of China TalentNetwork:strengthening the consciousness of performance management,establishing ascientific performance appraisal mechanism,establishing a smooth feedback mechanism forperformance results,and strengthening the method of using performance results to inject freshblood into the development of enterprises.Key words:360 degree evaluation,performance management,Performance feedback
