本科论文AbstractWith the global population aging wave,China joined the ranks of thepopulation aging countries in 1999,and the ageing is increasing.How to deal with theopportunities and challenges of aging is one of the major issues facing thecountry.Faced with such a powerful challenge,different measures can be taken frommany angles,such as social security,fertility policy,industrial structure,etc.Thisarticle addresses the predicament of the development of human resources in the urbanelderly in Liaoning Province and the problems in the development.Research on thesolution method has found that the scope of development is narrow,the industrydistribution is unreasonable,the government policy is incomplete,the lack of accessto work channels,the low-level elderly human resources development level is low,and the development is unreasonable.It also proposes solutions to policies andpolicies that are conducive to the re-employment of the elderly,redesigning positions,matching people and posts,and vigorously advocating volunteers for the elderly.This thesis mainly studies how to deal with the challenge of aging from theperspective of rational allocation and utilization of labor resources and developmentand utilization of the resources of the elderly.Mainly by reviewing a large number ofrelevant domestic and foreign literature to understand the current situation of thedevelopment of human resources in the elderly in urban areas in China;followed by aquestionnaire survey and investigation and analysis of the current situation of thedevelopment of human resources development policies in the elderly in LiaoningProvince;And its external opportunities and challenges,to find out the existingproblems and reasons;and then from the perfection of the reemployment policy,theprediction of the human resources needs of the elderly.In terms of the limitation of thedevelopment of human resources and the degree of development of young people,themain relevant factors are affected,and then measures and suggestions for solving theproblem are proposed.This study is helpful to solve the problems faced in thedevelopment of human resources for young people,and help meet the reemploymentneeds of young people
