本科论文Global Economic Development depends on the development of enterpriseeconomy,and the development of enterprise economy can not be separated fromthe development of human beings,how to improve the work efficiency ofemployees has become the top priority for the economic development ofenterprises.Most of the custom-made furniture industry does not pay attention tothe training of employees,the staffs mastery of technology and professionalknowledge of the industry has a considerable influence on the development of theenterprise.In order to realize the sound development of the enterprise,first of all,we must improve the comprehensive quality of the staff through training,to helpcompanies maximize profits.Based on the study of the training content,trainingmode,training system,management system and training effect of Kefan FurnitureCompany in Xinglongtai district of Panjin,this paper makes a thorough study ofthe problems existing in the training,put forward the measures to solve theproblem,and formulate a scientific,reasonable,adapt to the company'sdevelopment trend of training system and advanced training concepts,in order toimprove the company's development level.This paper first studies the purpose andsignificance of staff training,and then establishes the system and system of stafftraining based on this theory,which provides some suggestions for the whole stafftraining.According to the Industry Training Status and the specific requirements ofenterprise development to solve the specific problems in corporate training toenhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises and employees toachieve common progress and common development goals.Through the researchon the development of staff training at home and abroad and the customization ofKefan Furniture House in Xinglongtai district of Panjin,this paper analyzes thecurrent situation of the enterprise and gives full play to the positive role of thetraining to the enterprise and the staff.The author hopes to arouse the attention of the managers of small andmedium-sized enterprises through the above research,and to carry out profoundreform of the training system,content and system of small and medium-sizedenterprises,while promoting the economic development of enterprises,it has a
