本科论文关键词:赛诺菲公司:员工离职离职原因;改善策略AbstractEmployees are the foundation of enterprise development.If an enterprise wants tooccupy an important position in the market,it is ultimately the possession of talents.Employee turnover is a normal phenomenon in modern enterprises,but the phenomenon ofemployee turnover occurring too frequently in an enterprise reflects a series of drawbacks inits overall operation.The turnover rate of talents in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises has increasedsignificantly.Sanofi,as a world top 500 enterprise,must know how to retain the existingtalents and attract more talents if it wants to operate continuously.This article follows the way of raising,analyzing and solving problems in the research,and makes an in-depth study on the causes of Sanofi's employee turnover.On the basis ofusing questionnaires,interviews with employees and consulting relevant materials,the authorhas made a comprehensive analysis and summary from the dimensions of salary,welfare,work intensity,development space,interpersonal communication,etc.,and has analyzed thecurrent situation of talent turnover in Sanofi Company in view of these problems to explorethe reasons for the high turnover of employees.According to the analysis results,specificimprovement suggestions are put forward.In order to solve the practical difficulties of highturnover rate and low attraction of talents.If pharmaceutical enterprises want to ask stable talents,they need to constantly adjust theinternal mechanism of the enterprise and seize the needs of employees.The key procedures inthis paper are to formulate:first,to improve the internal mechanism of the enterprise,tostabilize the number of talents,and to focus on the central talents;The second is to establish acommunication platform based on the development of the enterprise itself,fully understandthe purpose of talents and retain key talents.Finally,it can get a place in the fierce market economy and realize the long-termdevelopment of enterprises.Key words:Sanofi company;employee turnover;reason for resignation;improvement
