北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文AbstractAs a pillar of China's economy and society,state-owned enterprises play a significantrole in promoting the country's modernization drive,guiding and promoting the high-qualitydevelopment of China's economy.However,in recent years,with the development of thereform of state-owned enterprises,the state-owned enterprises in competitive fields basicallyoperate in accordance with the market mechanism.In the fierce market competitionenvironment,the human resource management of state-owned enterprises is graduallyconverging with that of other owners-owned enterprises,and the performance appraisalmechanism has also become a difficulty in the human resource management of state-ownedenterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the performance appraisal system to make itplay a role in matching with the overall strategic objectives of enterprises,so as to release thevitality of state-owned enterprises.This paper takes the supermarket division of Z company as the research object,andconducts an investigation and analysis of its current performance appraisal system.At thesame time,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey andinterview survey to find the problems in the performance appraisal system of the supermarketdivision of Z company.In addition,countermeasures are put forward according to theproblems,so as to optimize and improve the performance appraisal system in line with theactual situation of the supermarket division of Z company,which can better stimulate thework enthusiasm of employees and play a real role.Keywords:Performance appraisal system;State-owned retail enterprises;Problems andcountermeasures
