本科论文AbstractNowadays,with the rapid development of economy,the quality of life of citizens hasgenerally improved,and the types of consumption are becoming more and more extensive.However,dairy industry,which accounts for a large proportion of national economicconsumption,has not been replaced by high-tech industries in the face of fierce internal andexternal competition,not only because it is a necessity for life,but also because enterprisesare paying more attention to modern human resources management.As the core issue ofhuman resource management,staff cohesion plays an important role in enhancing thecompetitive advantage of enterprises.Liaoning shiling limited company of self-operatedpasture must realize the necessity and importance of strengthening the cohesion of itsemployees if it wants to have a place in the dairy industry.We should attach importance totalents,unite with them,explore their potential,and continuously enhance the efficiency ofhuman resources.At the same time of product innovation,measures to optimize and improvecohesion will not be forgotten.This paper mainly studies the problems and solutions of staff cohesion in dairyenterprises in practical work.Taking Liaoning shiling limited company of self-operatedpasture as an example,it analyzes the main problems of staff cohesion in the current stage ofShiling Self-owned Ranch,and points out that the problems of staff cohesion in enterprises liein frequent personnel changes,tense interpersonal relationships,low satisfaction of staffmotivation and low recognition of corporate culture.The reasons for these problems areanalyzed as follows:imperfect enterprise restraint system,lack of effective communication,lack of correct incentive mechanism and lack of edification of enterprise culture.At the sametime,it puts forward four countermeasures:perfecting enterprise rules and regulations,strengthening effective communication,adopting correct incentive methods,andstrengthening the construction of enterprise culture.Starting with human resourcesmanagement,scientific and systematic planning and comprehensive and objectiveimplementation can improve the cohesion of employees and enhance the competitiveadvantages of enterprises,thus effectively improving the interests of enterprises.Keywords:medium and small-sized enterprises;Staff cohesion;corporate culture
