本科论文AbstractWith the improvement of people's economic level,the purchasing power and requirements ofconsumers are also increasing.In today's increasingly fierce competition,it is not only thecompetition of comprehensive strength of enterprises,but also the competition of talents.In theprocess of enterprise development,training plays an extremely important role.Through training,thelevel of employees can be improved,and the business ability of employees can also be enhanced.Therefore,training has become one of the more and more important methods to improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises.Through the analysis of the research status at home and abroad andthe problems in the development process of enterprises,it can be found that the importance oftraining can improve the work level and business ability of employees and enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises.Based on Sunday Food Co.,Ltd.,this paper points out the problems found in employeetraining and provides practical suggestions through the study of relevant theories and practicalinvestigation.The company pays more attention to training and puts forward some feasible plans,but there are still problems such as poor professional ability of employees,and the training effect isnot obvious.Through the research,we found that the training system of the company is rigid,unable to change flexibly according to the company's needs at any time;the training resources areinsufficient,unable to provide strong support for the company's training.This paper studies thetraining system of Sundays Food Co.,Ltd.and provides relevant training methods based on it,which has certain guiding significance for the development of the company's training,and can beadopted and analyzed according to the actual situation of the companKey words:training:development;management
