本科论文AbstractIn today's society,under the trend of rapid economic development,competition amongvarious enterprises has been transformed into competition for talents.Employee recruitment,as the basis of internal human resource allocation,provides solid talent support to thecompany on the one hand,and promotes the development of the company's strategic goals;onthe other hand,it plays a significant role in expanding the scale and innovating the system.The effectiveness of a company's recruitment work depends on many factors such as therationality of its recruitment system design,the feasibility of its practice,and theprofessionalism of its employees.An efficient and practical recruitment system can notmerely control costs,but meet the needs of employees in various departments of the companyneed.Nowadays,how to carry out recruitment work scientifically and effectively,selectoutstanding talents suitable for the development needs of enterprises,and retain talents havebecome the key to the survival of enterprises.This article selects Huaxia Outsourcing Service (Liaoning)Co.,Ltd.(abbreviated asHuaxia Outsourcing)as an example for investigation and research.Taking the theoreticalanalysis of employee recruitment as a guide,through a large quantity of reading relevantliterature and drawing on the latest domestic and foreign recruitment research results,the Therecruitment work was sorted out.The research found that there are a lot of problems in therecruitment process of Huaxia outsourcing,such as irrational recruitment planning,imperfectrecruitment system,lack of attention to job matching,etc.,and proposed correspondingsolutions to optimize The employee recruitment system is dedicated to promoting the smoothdevelopment of the company's overall human resource management.Key words:Employee recruitment;Scientific planning;People post match
