AbstractNowadays,with the rapid development of our country's social economy and thedeepening of the modernization process of our country's enterprises,the competitionbetween enterprises has gradually developed to the competition of science andtechnology and innovation,but it is still the competition of talents.Especially inrecent years,the new Internet enterprises,its related fields of talent competition hasentered the white-hot stage,even to a large extent,the development and stability ofthe enterprise.Therefore,the degree and quality of human resource recruitment isthe key to the competition of talents.This paper takes the Internet H company,which has developed rapidly in thefield of short video in recent years,as a case study,and takes its current staffrecruitment system as the research object,first summarizes the methods and relevantdepartments available in this paper,and summarizes some theories,so as to lay asolid foundation for this paper,and focus on the enterprise's staff recruitment systemin the following paragraphs.The reasons are that the recruitment managementconcept lags behind,the recruitment communication is difficult,the lack ofprofessional recruitment staff and the lack of analysis of the labor market,and thefollowing combined with the relevant causes,the problem is targeted to solve,so asto improve the recruitment system of the enterprise,so that it can better introduce alarge number of professionals for the enterprise.Key words:human resources;recruitment system;recruitment methods
