本科论文AbstractWith the continuous development of economy and market environment,moreand more enterprises begin to face the uncertainty of development.In China'senterprises,especially small enterprises,the competition is becoming more and morefierce.In order to gain more powerful competitive advantage in the competitivemarket environment,we must attach importance to talents,human resourcemanagement,enterprise performance management,and find appropriate performancemanagement theory in combination with the development strategy and objectives ofthe enterprise itself,which is the key to the gradual growth of small enterprises To bea subject.In this paper,Jiaxing Kaiwang Packaging Printing Co.,Ltd.is selected as theresearch object,through literature survey,consulting books and other ways tounderstand the concept of performance management,which provides a theoreticalbasis for solving the problem of enterprise performance management.Throughon-the-spot investigation,we can understand the current situation of enterpriseperformance management and summarize and analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the current situation of the company's performance managementand the development needs of the enterprise,we take the "MBO +KPI"model andput forward suggestions for improvement of its performance management.This paperbelongs to the application of basic research,theoretical significance:improve theperformance management theory,enrich the performance management system ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises in China.Practical significance:throughon-the-spot investigation and interview,obtain the current situation of enterpriseperformance management,and then combine with the actual situation of enterpriseperformance management,study the effectiveness of enterprise performancemanagement,and design its performance management system with pertinence,strongoperability,which provides reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises'performance management system.Key words:Performance management;Performance;Small and Micro Enterp
