关于社保毕业生就业心态

AbstractAt present,the employment demand of college graduates and "two-waychoice"mode provide more employment opportunities for graduates,andmake graduates'employment more independent.However,the probability ofsuccessful employment of graduates is closely related to the needs of theemployer.Due to financial turbulence,the contradiction betweenemployment opportunities and job seekers is increasing,which makesgraduates bear more psychological pressure than the past graduates.Therefore,correctly understanding ourselves,setting up employmentexpectations and speeding up the adjustment of personal employmentattitude are the main problems faced by college graduates in the currenteconomic situation.Based on the graduates from social security major,this paper finds out the psychological problems of college graduatesthrough questionnaires,and puts forward corresponding decisions toimprove graduates'employment attitude and improve the employment rateof Chinese graduates.Key words:social security;graduates;employment mentality
