Analysis on Environmental Accounting InformationDisclosure of Food Processing EnterprisesAbstractAt present,80%of China's resource pollution is caused by the company.The reason is that the companyis a profit-making organization,and its economic benefits are what it pursues.When pursuing profits,it oftendoes not pay enough attention to environmental protection.When the company's development causes greaterenvironmental pollution,its development will inevitably be affected.The impact of environmental informationdisclosure on enterprise value has always been a common concern of enterprises all over the world.At present,there is a close relationship between the food processing industry and the people.Because of its complexproduction and certain particularity,it not only consumes a lot of resources,but also produces serious pollution.However,the current academic research on environmental accounting is mostly concentrated in heavypolluting industries such as steel,paper and so on.There are few researches on the environmental accountinginformation disclosure of food processing industry.This paper chooses food processing companies as theresearch objects,and expounds the necessity of environmental accounting information disclosure of foodprocessing enterprises with the help of the theory of environmental accounting information disclosure,Combined with the current situation of environmental accounting information disclosure of food processingenterprises,this paper analyzes the existing problems of environmental accounting information disclosure andputs forward corresponding suggestions,hoping to make environmental accounting play the largest role infood processing enterprises and promote the sustainable development of food processing enterprises,And thenit provides a useful reference for the food industry to improve the quality of environmental accountinginformation disclosure.Key words:Environmental pollution,Environmental accounting,Environmental accountinginformation disclosure
