Study and countermeasure of children's "complaining"behaviorAbstractIn early childhood,children complain frequently.For children's social development,thisbehavior has a significant role.Children who love to complain are often not liked by their peers,and it is difficult to integrate into the normal collective life of the kindergarten.It is oftendifficult for them to complete one-day activities of the kindergarten because of observingothers.If they do not deal with it in time,it will cause the bad atmosphere that everyone in theclass likes to complain.With the change of society and the renewal of education concept,children's dominant position in education is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on theconcept of children based education,it is particularly important to pay attention to children'sminor problems.Positive and correct guidance in early childhood can help children form goodcharacter and behavior habits,learn to get along with peers,and improve children's social skills.At the same time,in the face of children's endless complaints,teachers and parents often userestrictive methods to solve the problem of children's complaints,and do not really solve thebad habit of children's love to complain.In the face of children's complaint behavior,teachersshould solve the problem from the root,reasonably deal with children's needs,and findsolutions for different reasons.In addition to the related theories of children's complaintbehavior,this paper also points out that children's complaint behavior is an interactive behaviorin nature,which is issued to teachers when children think that their peers or themselves havebeen violated or interfered by other people's behavior.Generally speaking,children's commoncomplaint behaviors are divided into three types:punishment seeking,knowledge seeking,reward seeking,trial seeking and help seeking;The specific performance behavior of severaltypes of children's complaint behavior;The factors that affect children's complaint behavior areusually family factors,children's own factors and environmental factors;And guidancestrategies for parents and teachers.Key words:children complaining,coping strategies
