AbstractIn today's society,"big data"technology and artificial intelligence areconstantly bringing forth new things.The core of enterprise accountingwork is gradually changing from "Accounting Reflection"to "intelligentdecision-making",which puts forward new requirements for modernenterprise accounting workers.However,in the increasingly competitivebusiness environment,industry finance integration as a businessmanagement model arises at the historic moment.Different from thetraditional financial management mode,the integration of industry andfinance emphasizes the functionality of financial management,advocatesthe continuous extension of the scope of financial management,and enablesfinancial personnel to shift from behind the scenes accounting toenterprise business management.On the basis of their existing financialskills and knowledge,put forward correct opinions and ideas to thecompany's decision-makers.Therefore,in the view of modern enterprisefinancial work,it is of great significance to explore the role offinancial personnel in the integration of industry and finance and itsfuture development prospects.This paper will study and analyze how tomake a reasonable transformation for financial personnel in the businessenvironment of industry finance integration,and put forward relevantsuggestions.Key words:enterprise;Integration of industry and wealth;Financialmanagement;Financial personnel transformation
