本科论文research topic.Jiuyang Co.,Ltd.is a well-known traditional household appliance industry enterprise in China.Under the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the development of the company is facedwith many challenges,and the pressure of competition is huge.The powerful enterprises in thesame industry such as Meidi and Galanz are constantly eating up the market share,causing theprofit space of Jiuyang Co.,Ltd.to be repeatedly compressed.Facing this situation,Jiuyang Co.,Ltd.must make internal reform,Through the continuous improvement of self technology and ability,the core competitiveness of the company will be enhanced,so as to create more value for thecompany.In this paper,Jiuyang Co.,Ltd.,the leading enterprise in household electrical appliancesindustry,is taken as the research object.Firstly,the relevant theories involved in this study areelaborated,including incentive theory,principal-agent theory,etc.,which paves the theoretical basisfor this study.Then it briefly introduces the equity incentive plan implemented by Jiuyang in 2018,analyzes the implementation effect of the equity incentive method of the company,finds out theexisting problems in the equity incentive plan,puts forward reasonable suggestions and safeguardmeasures for the problems,and optimizes the plan.Key words:Jiuyang:Equity incentive;effect analysis;plan optimization
