本科论文enterprises grow rapidly.After entering the 21st century,the national social economy is in rapid development.Inthis environment,the real estate industry,as an important foundation of the national economy,is also an important spiritual pillar.What's more,we need to see through the reasons and takethe investment in real estate as the capital of making a fortune.But the real estate industry isnot only a simple investment,but also focuses on the life of the people,so that everyone canhave a place to live.At this time,we need a connector between the people and the real estate,so Beijing chain family came into being.As a traditional real estate brokerage company,thechain home real estate studied in this paper is more representative.Since its officialestablishment in 2001,as a leading enterprise in the second-hand housing market in China,the real housing source database of more than 30 key cities in China has been covered bychain home,and about 70 million sets of second-hand housing information have been learnedand collected.At present,there are 8000 stores under chain home,and 130000 real estatebrokers have been officially employed,providing real estate economics for the majority ofconsumers Discipline services.But at present,there is still a serious lack of sales personnel inenterprises,which is precisely because of the lack of training.This paper makes a detailed analysis and Research on the problems existing in thecurrent employee training of linkmaster.On this basis,it makes a systematic and in-depthunderstanding of the theoretical framework of training management,which mainly includesthe specific content,methods and methods of employee training,and provides a systematicand comprehensive theoretical reference for the future training practice of enterprises.Keywords:employee training:training problems:training countermeasure
