本科论文AbstractIn this paper,the real state of Zhongtong company's dealing with the general staff as atemplate for the study of the company's problems through the payment of employee salariesand benefits is taken as the template;there is no reason to deduct wages and other unfairbehaviors by typing in the free overtime,employees'rest time is arbitrarily deprived;solutionsare put forward for the existing problems.Refer to Zhongtong employee handbook tocompare and study the discrepancy between the salary and welfare part of the employeehandbook and the actual situation,and propose corresponding solutions.Reasonable salary system plays a very important role in motivating employees,keepingemployees and enhancing the vitality of enterprises.Zhongtong company is an enterpriseserving the express delivery industry.Although the current salary system is designed based onthe theory of structured salary,the fixed and rigid salary system in the actual implementationprocess makes employees think that it is a big pot of rice,lack of initiative in work,and lackof vitality in enterprise development.Therefore,this paper mainly redesigns the compensationsystem of Zhongtong company.This paper analyzes the current situation of the existingstructured salary system of Zhongtong company problems of the existing salary system.Atthe same time,in order to ensure the true level of skilled posts,the upgrading review andevaluation contents of skilled posts are formulated.In order to ensure the fair and reasonablepayment of bonus,the multi-dimensional evaluation method of bonus payment is carried outaccording to the score content from self-evaluation,superior,subordinate and the same levelthrough the employee evaluation form.Because the success of modern enterprises depends more on the competition of talents.Inorder to attract talents and make them work stably and efficiently,an enterprise must have ascientific and reasonable salary management system,a high-quality talent team,and tomaximize the potential of employees,so as to provide a solid backing for the developmentstrategy of the enterprise.This is a problem that every enterprise should pay attention to.Zhongtong company should adjust the compensation strategy of the serious job vacancy anddesign a more incentive and competitive compensation structure.Key words:Zhongtong company:Compensation and benefits;Solution
