新时代民营企业民主管理的现状及对策研究

Research on the current situation and Countermeasures ofdemocratic management of private enterprises in the new eraAbstractWith the advent of the new era,in the face of the change of social contradictions and the workingclass status rises,private enterprises how to effectively carry out democratic management under the newsituation,how to build harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics,to adhere to the workerhost status,protect their rights and interests of employees and a series of problems have a new challengeand opportunity.Based on the theory of socialist democratic political construction,the theory of socialistconsultative democracy and the theory of labor rights,this paper establishes the necessity of democraticmanagement in private enterprises.On the basis of the research characteristic and current situation of thedevelopment of private enterprises,found the democratic management of enterprises run by some of theresults,such as progress was made in the democratic management system construction,the democraticmanagement because of the change of the social principal contradiction with more demanding work,democratic management,democratic management public opinion construction work content graduallydeepening,etc.,mainly analyzes the present stage of enterprise democratic management faces of theworkers congress system has formal phenomenon,Labour union cadre team construction and workerparticipation consciousness and democratic management of common problems such as qualityimprovement,and put forward to overcome formalism in view of these questions,The corresponding andfeasible countermeasures are to give full play to the role of the system of workers'congress,strengthenthe construction of the cadre team of the trade union,cultivate the quality of personnel,strengthen theawareness of democratic management participation,and improve the quality of democratic management.Key words:new era;private enterprises;democratic management;countermeasures
