本科论文AbstractIn today's society ,most valued in addition to the development and application of newscience and technology,is the rational recruitment and use of talents.Recruitment has played agreat role in promoting the effective operation of human resource management in modernenterprises.Internal recruitment is an important branch of employee recruitment,it lays afoundation for the following activities such as selection,training and development within theenterprise,so as to gradually and continuously improve the quality of the enterprise,enhancethe competitive strength of the enterprise,and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.This paper will take the internal recruitment of new staff of China Eastern airline as anexample,on the basis of in-depth study of relevant scholars and recruitment-relatedtheoretical research,this paper analyzes a series of problems existing in the process of theinternal recruitment of this airline company,and introduces the basic present situation of theenterprise from the following aspects:the deployment and use of the internal recruitment ofpersonnel,the recruitment cost,the match between competent posts,the comprehensivequality and the evaluation method,analyze problems in the internal recruitment process.Then,by using the methods of literature review,interview and questionnaire survey,the data andresults of all the surveys are analyzed,and on this basis,a competency model that matches theenterprise is constructed,and a series of models that can scientifically improve the internalstaff quality are put forward,improve the effectiveness of internal recruitment staff planning,and then the next step to propose comprehensive measures to improve,and hope to givesimilar state-owned enterprises personnel recruitment system to provide some new inspectionmethods,promote personnel system reform,and finally achieve a more scientific andreasonable internal recruitment system.Key words:state-owned enterprises;internal recruitment;job matching;competence
