Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures ofSME Recruitment in the Pearl River Delta in the New EraAbstractAs early as 2006,small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta regionexperienced varying degrees of labor shortage,and finding suitable employees became a problemfor most enterprises.With the arrival of the new era,small and medium-sized enterprises in thePearl River Delta have begun to undergo industrial transformation and upgrading.However,dueto the large demand for talents and unstable foundations,it is difficult for small and medium-sizedenterprises to compete with large enterprises in the market.Smes are not only an indispensable force for a country's economic and social development,but also an important force for expanding employment,improving people's living standards,andpromoting entrepreneurship and innovation.They have played an important role in stabilizinggrowth,promoting reform,adjusting the economic structure,benefiting the people's livelihood andfending off risks.Based on the basic theories of recruitment and human resource management,this paperselects three different types of small and medium-sized enterprises,namely Zhongshan Yidaclothing co.,LTD.,Guangzhou Yifen culture media co.,LTD.,and Guangzhou Tianzhixiangdecoration material co.,LTD.,as research objects for investigation and analysis.Through thequestionnaire survey,the problems that lead to "difficult recruitment"and "difficult recruitment"are obtained,and Suggestions are put forward according to the problems,so as to providereference Suggestions for the current recruitment situation of small and medium-sized enterprisesin the pearl river delta.Key words:Human Resources:Small and medium enterprises:Pearl River Delta:Recruitment:Talent
