本科论文AbstractAs an important market mechanism,insurance has been an indispensable part of moderneconomic market since its birth.Economic development has gradually enhanced people'sawareness of risk protection.As one of the sales methods in the insurance sales industry,telemarketing has gradually become the mainstream.How to achieve the enterprise goals throughperformance appraisal and thus occupy more market share has gradually become a key topic ofconcern to the insurance e-marketing enterprises.As the representative of China ping an lifeinsurance co.,LTD.In the electric marketing channel,shenyang electric marketing center studiesthe influence and significance of performance appraisal on shenyang electric marketing center,andhow to optimize the performance appraisal system of the company is of great importance to thedevelopment of insurance electric marketing enterprises.In this paper,based on the concept and theory of performance evaluation at home and abroad,and combining with China's ping an life insurance group co.,LTD.Shenyang electric pin center ofthe actual operation situation and the present situation of performance appraisal,through practice inthe company's research and consulting relevant literature,in the company of the defects in theperformance appraisal system is analyzed,and the factors of influence analysis,found thecompany's performance appraisal cycle set unreasonable,the assessment technology of the single,improper evaluation index design and the inspection goal is not clear,need to improve and perfectthe shenyang electric pin center.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes to build a morereasonable performance appraisal system based on the theory of management by objectives,so asto improve it in the aspects of extending the performance appraisal cycle,introducing diversifiedappraisal methods,optimizing performance appraisal indicators and clarifying performanceappraisal objectives.This paper is helpful for the optimization of the performance appraisalmethods of shenyang e-marketing center,and provides a reference for the improvement of theimplementation process of performance appraisal for telemarketers of insurance e-marketingenterprises.Key words:Electricity pin enterprise;Performance appraisal;Performance appraisal system:Evaluation index design
