本科论文AbstractSince the reform and opening up,China's market economy has been developingcontinuously,and more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly.Nowadays,the competitive environment in the talent market is becoming more and morefierce,and many enterprises are facing difficulties in recruitment and employment.Talent isan important source of enterprise development.Companies need effective recruitment andselection if they want to grow in the long run.Therefore,recruitment and selection is animportant means to obtain human resources for current and future business.Only successfulrecruitment and selection can lay the foundation for the development of enterprises.This paper takes shenyang jipin human resource service co.,LTD as the research objectFirst,through a large number of relevant literature as the theoretical basis,summarized thecurrent research situation at home and abroad,and wrote the research background,researchobjectives,research significance and research methods of this paper.Then,this paper takesthe concepts of enterprise recruitment,recruitment plan,employee selection,the theory ofjob-matching,maslow's hierarchy of needs and other relevant theories as the theoreticalsupport.Secondly,based on the current situation of the company's staff recruitment andselection,combined with online questionnaire survey and telephone interview,the followingproblems are found in the recruitment and selection process of the company:low volume ofresume delivery and long recruitment time;In the process ofrecruitment there is a shortageof recruitment situation;The person post does not match.The paper analyzes the causes ofthese problems in recruitment and selection.Finally put forward the following Suggestions:the reasonable use of recruitment website;Develop a complete human resource plan;Conduct job analysis and make unified interview evaluation standard.Through the Suggestions and countermeasures proposed in this paper,it is hoped thatthe future recruitment and selection work of shenyang jipin human resources service co.,Itd.can bring twice the result with half the effort.At the same time,it also provides reference forenterprises in the same industry in recruitment and selection.Key words:human resource management;Recruitment and selection;People post match
