本科论文AbstractWith the deepening of world economic integration,it has had a huge impact on thedevelopment of Chinese enterprises.In the context of current economic globalization,it isdifficult for companies to achieve true core competitiveness only by relying on traditionalproduction management methods,such as human resource technology and management level.Therefore,if Chinese enterprises want to occupy a place in the cruel economic market andprovide space for the development and growth of enterprises,they must tap talents to maximizetheir effectiveness.Now,the irreplaceable talents of enterprises are the fundamental reason forenterprises to strengthen their core development capabilities.In the management of modernenterprises,talent is a necessary factor for enterprise development and management,which caneffectively ensure the stable development of enterprise employees and thus attract more talents.Therefore,finding a way to realize the great value of human resources and the career goals ofemployees have become an important part of enterprise employee training.Based on the above background,this paper starts from the reality,combined with theresearch results of relevant literature at home and abroad,finds the problems in the process ofemployee training,and analyzes the reasons.First,training methods,second,the significance oftraining,third,the direction of training.Find the current status of training and existing trainingmanagement issues.Methods and means of using relevant investigation and analysis methods tosolve problems.In addition,through the verification of these effects,the research conclusionsare obtained.To sum up,this paper believes that the research on employee training is of greatsignificance to China's market economy,and hopes to provide some reference for the futureemployee training activities in China's enterprises.Key words:Human resources;Enterprise staff training;Enterprise management
