本科论文AbstractEmployee relationship management is an important part of human resource management.A large number of relevant research at home and abroad has proved that when the relationshipbetween employees is developing,the employee's sense of identity with the enterprise willgradually increase,the employee's work enthusiasm will be improved,thereby reducing theturnover rate of employees,to create a good human resources management environment.Atpresent,there are still many problems in the management of employee relations in BScompany,which not only limit the ability of employees'business,but also affect thedevelopment of enterprises.To this end,the focus of this paper is to study how to manage therelationship between BS employees.This paper takes BS company's employee relationshipmanagement as the research object,uses questionnaire survey,literature combing and othermethods in the research method,analyzes the general problems existing in the employeerelationship management of BS company under the existing internal and external environment,summarizes the characteristics and problems of the employee relationship management of BScompany,and designs a set of effective and reasonable employee relationship managementoptimization program.Keywords Employee relationship management;BS company;optimization
