本科论文关键词:外部招聘;国有企业;人才:对策研究AbstractRecruiting employees from outside is a main to supplement talent pool for enterprises,more importantly,enterprises enable to obtain high highly sophisticated talents from externalrecruitment.The first step of this process of human resource management is recruitment,sorecruitment is also the most important and fundamental part of human resource management.A good recruitment is not only to inject fresh blood into the enterprise,but also means a lot interms of establishing an effective human resource system and win a greater competitiveadvantage for the enterprise.Therefore,to figure out the current problems in the recruitmentprocess and to get a solution is significant to human resources management,which it is alsocrucial to the long-term development of enterprises.Nowadays,facing the competitive marketenvironment,the demand for marketing talents has changing greatly,and the outdatedpersonnel fails to meet the development of the enterprise,so in order to follow up thechanging market,making recruiters constantly fresh up their own ideas and pay attention tothe external recruitment.Therefore,getting the suitable talents from external recruitmentefficiently for an enterprise is crucial,which has been taken more seriously by enterprises.However,with the ever changing job market,the problems of external recruitment arechanging as well.This thesis will take the external recruitment of China Railway NineteenthBureau three companies as the research object,mainly utilizing methods like case study andquestionnaire survey to support this research.After doing a research on the process of externalrecruitment of China Railway Nineteenth Bureau third company,I deem that this companycould optimize the process,improve the regulation of external recruitment,foster corporateculture,enhance the training of recruiters to achieve the better human management's goalAfter all the improvement would be done,the external recruitment of state-owned enterprisewill be optimized and long-lasting competiveness of enterprises will be extremely increased.
