AbstractIn recent years,with the development of the country the advances in science andtechnology,the introduction of high-end and innovative talents is needed in the process of thedevelopment of cities.In this context of city development,the government has introducedrelevant policies to implement the talent strategy,balance the situation in city talentcompetition.According to the current trend,high-end talents and university graduates fromthe coastal highly developed cities to find jobs in inland emerging cities.As the capital ofSichuan province,southwest central city,the country's new first-tier city,the developmentspeed of Chengdu is swift and violent,the new industry develops ceaselessly,the industrialstructure is optimized.Therefore,Chengdu need of mass talents to meet the needs of urbandevelopment and promote urban development.This paper takes the fresh graduates city talentintroduction and training mechanism as the research object,through the horizontalcomparison between different cities and vertical different time mechanism development toanalyze the advantages and disadvantages of Chengdu city talent introduction strategy,andputs forward the appropriate feasible countermeasures.Keywords:Fresh Graduates;Talent Introduction and Training Mechanism;Local Government
