独立学院应届大学毕业生就业问题研究

AbstractIn recent years,the issue of employment of university graduates has been the focus ofsocial attention.Independent colleges are a novelty of higher education,and todayindependent colleges have become an important channel for transferring talents to thesociety.The students they train are engaged in various industries.Different jobs,butbecause of some of its own characteristics,the employment situation facing graduatesof independent colleges is very grim.This article focuses on the employment problemof college students,and takes independent colleges as research objects.Through theuse of research methods such as literature survey and questionnaire survey,this articlesurveys the employment situation of fresh graduates of Zhuhai College of BeijingInstitute of Technology,To investigate students 'attitudes and needs,employmentintentions,school requirements,and social evaluation,and to collate data on thesurvey results,analyze employment conflicts and their influencing factors faced bygraduates of independent colleges,and propose solutions to the employment ofindependent college students Contradictory effective paths.Keywords:Independent students;Employment of college students;Theinvestigation and study
