滴滴出行运营管理问题及对策研究

本科论文although the online car Hailing industry develops rapidly in the new era,there are alsoproblems in operation management,which have brought adverse effects to the society,such as problems in safety management.This paper aims at the research and analysis of didi travel company,in order tofind the problems in operation and management of didi travel and the causes of theproblems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide referencefor the development of didi travel company and network car Hailing industry.Thebeginning of the paper is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research purpose,domestic and foreign research status,research content and researchmethods.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant theories,and analyzes the internal andexternal environment of Didi's trip through pest and SWOT.Through the analysis ofdidi travel in the operation and management of the existing problems and causes,andput forward countermeasures to solve the problem.In this paper,through the analysisof the causes and Countermeasures of the problems of Didi's travel operationprinciple,we hope to help the development of Didi's travel and car Hailing industry,and play a reference role.Key words:LYFT Didi ChuxingOperation Management supervision
